第一节 面试官的“好”与“恶”（2）
在个性方面：
吃苦耐劳： 闭上眼睛想一想， 你最喜欢合作的人是哪种人？有创新思维的？有领导能力的？还是吃苦耐劳的？毫无疑问， 每个面试官都会倾向于选择一个兢兢业业的候选人。
积极阳光： 积极阳光的个性， 即使看一件坏事也能看到其积极的一面。比如说， 谈到自私的同事的时候， 告诉面试官自私是一种有效的自我保护的手段， 有时候会起到好的作用。
大方幽默： 笔者不只一次听一些经理人说过： 那个男孩子/女孩子大大方方的， 而且特别好玩， 就要他了！
心智成熟： 不再单纯天真得令人担心， 不再以自我为中心， 成熟可能是面试官最想看到的个性特征， 尤其是对于应届毕业生。成熟其实是一个关口， 在这个关口之前， 一个人会把自我看得很大， 经历了这个关口之后， 自我会变得越来越小， 而其他的东西会越来越大。比方说， 婴儿是最不成熟的， 是自我的， 只要想吃喝拉撒就会理所当然地大声哭喊。 以此类推， 在职场上， 刚毕业的大学生是最不成熟的， 他们张口闭口说“我”， 并且感觉是理所当然的， 比如， “我喜欢富有挑战性的工作”， “我具有领导能力”……然而， 一个成熟的职场人， 更多的时候会说“工作”， 比如， “工作要求我接受挑战， 我就会拼尽全力去应付”， “工作需要我领导一个项目的时候， 我乐于承担任务并且有能力胜任； 如果工作不需要我担任一个领导者， 我会乐于做一个被领导者， 因为我是谁并不重要， 重要的是大家一起可以把工作做好。”所以说， 成熟代表着一个候选人把自我看得很小， 而把职业精神看得很大。
以上种种， 颇多说教， 可能令一些年轻学子不以为然。然而， 作为有着10余年职场经历的过来人， 笔者深刻地体会到上面所述的这些为人之道， 堪称句句经典！从短期利益来看， 它们能帮助申请人了解面试官的好恶， 设计出精彩答案， 以迎合其喜好， 避免其厌恶。从长期利益来看， 它们能有效地指导申请人如何做事、 如何做人。以此为镜， 你势必将成为一名称职的好员工、 一个受人欢迎的人， 从而达到多数人所向往的人生最高境界： 事业成功， 心灵幸福。
三、 在面试回答方面， 面试官的“好”与“恶”
三年多来， 笔者亲自参与了多次招聘， 也给学员进行了无数次的面试前培训， 从中总结出一些非常重要的道理， 并逐渐形成了这个面试官“好与恶”表格， 在此与读者共享。

Achievement is about having the sustained energy and determina…
tion in the face of obstacles to set and meet challenging targets； in pliance with quality； time standards and delivering the required business results。 有持续的精力和毅力， 在面临困难的情况下， 制订高目标， 并保质保量、 准时完成工作。
Only with this ability can you deliver the required business results by overing obstacles caused by conflicting priorities； lack of resources。。。当多个工作任务互相冲突的时候， 当缺少支持性资源的时候， 有了这个能力， 才能克服困难， 有效完成工作。（备注： 在工作中， 任务冲突、 资源短缺的情况时有出现。所以， 请注意， 当你强调自己的工作能力的时候， 一定要说明工作背景： 是否有任务的冲突？是否有人财物的短缺？）

Wants to do a good job and does not give up想干好工作， 不放弃（备注： 当你强调自己热爱工作的时候， 别忘了： 这可是最起码的要求！）

Clarifies what is expected。 Is positive and enthusiastic about the job。 Does not give up at the first obstacle。 弄清工作要求。对工作积极， 有热情。初遇困难不放弃。
Understands and works towards goals set by others。 Measures progress against targets。 Seeks to understand reasons for obstacles and to find ways to overe。 理解并努力完成别人设立的目标， 随时根据目标审度自己的进展， 想办法弄清困难产生的原因， 然后找到克服的方法。
Tackles difficult problems and takes personal responsibility for reaching solutions。 Seeks ways to improve overall performance levels to give higher levels of satisfaction to target groups。 挑战困难， 以解决问题为己任。寻求全面提升， 以使目标人群（如客户、 员工）更加满意。
Achieves significant progress in the long term； wider performance of the Organization。 Sets out to be the best—has own measures of excellence and works to these。 取得长远意义上的重大进展， 超越了所在机构的平均表现， 致力于做最好的——对优秀有自己的标准， 并向着这些标准而努力。
Makes decisions through weighing up the cost…benefit and risk implications。 Acts entrepreneurially to make significant performance gains。 衡量成本收益和可能的风险， 然后再做决定。开拓进取， 以取得重大业绩。
Warning signs： 令面试官“恶”的行为
Positive indicators： 令面试官“好”的行为
* Stops and gives up at the first obstacle。 遇到困难， 立刻放弃。
* Seeks excuses rather than solutions or ways forward。 寻找借口， 而不是找解决办法。
* Takes ‘no’ for an answer without probing further。 接受“不”的结果， 而不继续探究。（备注： 当你找实习或面试被拒绝的时候， 你“探究”了吗？）
* Agrees achievable goals at the start of each project。 在项目之初， 接受能够完成的目标。（备注： 你是否不假思索地接受一个任务， 然后不了了之？）
* Strives towards targets。 为完成目标而努力。
* Keeps a ‘to do’ list； and specifies due dates。 制作“工作清单”， 并标明必须完成的日期。
* Asks for feedback。 主动寻求别人的反馈。（备注： 你是否经常问同学和同事： 我这么做可以吗？你有更好的想法吗？）
2。 Analytical Thinking 善于分析
Why is it important？ 这个能力为什么重要？
Definition： 这个能力是什么？
Analytical Thinking is about bringing disciplined analysis to data and situations； to see cause and effect and to use this to make effective decisions。 具有量化分析能力， 能看到前因后果， 并有效利用分析做出正确决策。
This is important in enabling us to prioritise and make important decisions based on an assessment of the impact and implications of the likely outes。 拥有了这个能力， 我们才能分清主次， 先评估某个决定可能会产生的结果， 再做出重要决定。

Does plex analyses 做复杂分析
Breaks down an issue into its ponent parts （A； B； C）。 Lists items； tasks or activities without setting priorities。 把事情分成几个部分（A， B， C）， 先不分优先级， 把模块、 任务和行动全部罗列出来。
Looks at data and identifies key issues。 Identifies causes and effects； by using ‘if A。。。 then B’ thinking； and uses this to prioritise issues。 分析数据， 判断出关键问题， 判断因果关系， 使用“如果这样行动， 就会有这样的结果”的思维模式， 排列工作的优先级。
Looks objectively at every side of an idea or situation to ensure that all outes are thoroughly assessed before deciding on the appropriate course of action。 客观地考量某个想法的每个角度， 以充分预测该想法可能产生的结果， 然后再决定合适的行动方案。
Undertakes plex analysis and traces performance implications through plex data； or in dealing with plex situations。 Applies analytical tools or techniques to analyse a range of data。 进行复杂分析， 通过复杂的数据和情况追溯与工作相关的所有问题。使用分析工具和技巧来分析数据。
Warning signs： 令面试官“恶”的行为
Positive indicators： 令面试官“好”的行为
* Takes action without thinking of the full range of outes。 没有全盘考虑后果就采取行动。
* Gets bogged down in the detail。 钻进细节， 难以自拔。（备注： 90％的人， 都会时不时犯这个“毛病”。）
* Says yes to an activity without assessing whether it is the highest priority at that time。 没有仔细考虑某个任务是否是当下最重要的事情， 就答应完成这个任务。
* When faced with a problem； gathers as much information as necessary about it before identifying root causes and possible solutions。 遇到问题时， 搜集所有必要信息， 然后再找出根源和可能的解决方案。
* Breaks down large pieces of work into smaller； simplified and more manageable parts。 把大任务分割成简单， 容易操作的小任务来完成。
